Shipping & Returns

This page sets out the conditions applicable to deliveries, returns, and refunds made on the website https://brillana.pt, owned by GESTWEB Contabilidade & Websites, Lda.


1. Deliveries

1.1 Delivery Areas

Brillana delivers to:

  • Mainland Portugal

  • (Add the Azores and Madeira, if applicable)

  • (Add other countries, if applicable)


1.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 5 business days

  • Other destinations: timeframe indicated at the time of order


Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to reasons beyond Brillana’s control (e.g., carriers, peak periods, public holidays).


1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is confirmed.

Brillana reserves the right to change shipping costs without prior notice.


1.4 Carriers

Orders are shipped through partner carriers.
After dispatch, the customer may receive an email with delivery tracking information (if applicable).


1.5 Delivery Failures

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient’s absence

  • Failure to collect the order

Reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.


2. Returns

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without the need to provide any reason.


2.2 Conditions for Accepting Returns

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Show no signs of use

  • Retain the original packaging

  • Be returned with all included accessories and documents

Brillana reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.


2.3 Products Not Eligible for Return (if applicable)

For hygiene or customization reasons, returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized products

  • Sealed products that have been opened

  • (Add other exceptions, if necessary)


2.4 How to Request a Return

To request a return, the customer must contact Brillana through:

Indicating:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for return

After validation, instructions for returning the product will be provided.


2.5 Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect or error attributable to Brillana.


3. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Brillana reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have been received.


4. Defective Products or Order Errors

If the customer receives a defective product or an item different from the one ordered, they must contact Brillana within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, attaching photographs of the product.

In these cases, the return and reshipping costs will be borne by Brillana.
